When Propel Swim Academy came to meet with us for the first time, they had a logo and a dream to start their own swim academy. They knew they needed a website but they didn’t know where to start. The Splash team knew exactly where to start and how to help them develop their brand, their website and help them get started. Our process starts with a web development survey that poses the questions that help us discover with our client what they need. It gives us the structure that we need to get started and to produce the website that they envision. That survey, coupled with our experience and a kick-off review of the survey and timeline helps us to stay on track to hit our deadlines and get the website up and running on time.
The Propel website was one of our most enjoyable websites to create to date for our team! It needed to be a fun interactive format since they were teaching children to swim, but it needed sophisticated functionality as well. Their site would have to do some thinking as well as look pretty. We needed to create content for each of their swim levels and really work to make the navigation intuitive. It needed to be warm and inviting and at the same time capture information from potential clients that would allow them to sign up for multiple classes, swim evaluations, and keep track of a lot of data. It was a labor of love and took all hands on deck but we accomplished a site that is effective and hits all of the goals that we had at that start.
